Medication Therapy Management Working to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your medications Our Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program helps you and your doctor manage your medications. If you qualify for the program, a pharmacist will review your medications and talk with you about: - How to get the most benefit from the drugs you take - Any side effects or reactions - Any questions or concerns you have - Options that may help you save money We automatically enroll members in our MTM programs, if you qualify. Participation is voluntary. You can opt out of the program at any time. What does it cost? There's no added cost to be in our MTM program. Do you qualify?
